1. Who we are

LeadsPaw (“we”, “us”) makes Chrome extensions, including Email Finder for LinkedIn, and runs the website leadspaw.com. Our tools help users find email addresses that people have made visible to them online, and export them. This policy covers all LeadsPaw tools and explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

2. Information we collect

Account information.

When you sign in (for Email Finder for LinkedIn, with your LinkedIn account), we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use these to create and secure your account.

Usage data.

We store your plan, how many emails you have unlocked in the current period, and when that period started, so we can enforce plan limits.

Search results.

Searches run locally in your browser, using your own session on the platform you are searching. The names, profile details and email addresses found are stored only in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers.

Payment information.

Paid subscriptions are processed by DodoPayments. We never see or store your card details. We keep a customer and subscription identifier to manage your plan.

3. How we use your information

To authenticate you and operate your account.
To enforce plan limits and process upgrades.
To provide, maintain and improve our tools.
To send product, billing and, where permitted, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

4. How we share information

We share data only with the service providers that run LeadsPaw:

Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
DodoPayments: subscription billing and payments.
LinkedIn: sign-in (OpenID Connect) for Email Finder for LinkedIn.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and usage data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport, access controls and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at support@leadspaw.com to exercise them.

If you were contacted by someone using a LeadsPaw tool and want your information removed, please contact that sender directly. LeadsPaw does not hold the lists our users build and does not send outreach on their behalf.

8. Children

LeadsPaw is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in the extension or by email.
